After completing GamePlan™, you can engage us to bring your growth strategy and creative production to life. This managed service targets essential areas—Data, User Acquisition, ASO, Creatives, and Product Optimization—to drive both users and revenue.Â
Structured yet adaptable
Once GamePlan™ priorities are set, we move to execution. The Growth Program operates in 3-month sprints, focused on predefined KPIs, with weekly or monthly reporting and a dedicated Slack channel for seamless coordination with your team.
Each sprint kicks off with a strategic review of data, performance, and insights from the previous phase. This flexible approach allows for month-to-month adjustments based on your evolving needs and results.

Do I NEED to do GamePlan™ first?
Yes. GamePlan™ is a necessary step that, in our experience, is critical for optimal performance of Growth Program activities. In rare cases, GamePlan™ and Growth Program can run concurrently, but these are edge cases.Â
What is the Scope of Work?
At the beginning of our cooperation, we run the GamePlan™ diagnostic to pinpoint the biggest opportunities for your game’s growth. From there, we create a Scope of Work that’s tailor-made for optimal growth. In most cases, the Scope includes user acquisition on two or more channels, ad creative production, and data analytics setup. It may also include App Store Optimization and/or Product Optimization.Â
How big should my media budget be?
To make the Growth Progam work, we recommend a minimum monthly media budget of $25k. However, user acquisition isn’t always included in the project from the start, so you won’t necessarily need this budget from the outset. In some cases, we may begin our collaboration by optimizing your product before delving into scalable user acquisition. We’ll only pursue UA when we’re 100% sure that it’s worth the investment.Â
What is the minimum cooperation duration?
We typically require a minimum 6-month commitment. This ensures a long term, committed partnership for both parties. Growth Program is designed in three-month cycles, with each new cycle starting with a strategy refresh session.Â
